GROUP FITNESS DESCRIPTIONS
Abs and Stretch: A class targeting the core of the body (Abs &back) followed by a slow, well deserved stretch
Boot Camp: A High energy cross training workout combining agility, balance, cardio and muscle conditioning. All levels welcome
Cardio Sculpting: A combination of muscle toning with cardio fat burning moves, most effective way to shed pounds. All levels welcome.
Cycling: An incredible aerobic workout using a stationary bike in a classroom setting, perfect for the recreational or elite rider. Improve cardiovascular fitness and mental focus while taking a “ride” through flat roads, hills and steep climbs. If you are new to indoor cycling please arrive 10 min. prior to the beginning of the class. Please bring a towel and water. All levels welcome.
Hatha Yoga: An ancient form of movement, combining various postures with breathing techniques to enhance, balance, strengthen and increase flexibility. Rejuvenate your mind and body. All levels welcome.
Kick & Jab Cardio: Afun aerobic way to burn fat and calories. Self defense and strength moves. All levels welcome
Knock Out 101: A high energy stress releasing class includes a cardio workout along with self-defense and strength training focusing on the proper punching and kicking of a boxing bag. Boxing gloves are used. Moves modified depending on your ability.
Pump and Cycle: A great way to get your day started with just the right amount of cardio work and strength training.
30 minutes in each room. A full body workout. All levels welcome.
Sculpt Solutions: A variety of moves. Improves cardio capacity and burns calories with power moves, gain muscular strength, tone and define your body. Hand weights and other exercise equipment used. All levels welcome.
Step Cross Train: Interval training using a step and other types of equipment, Low- impact moves, combined with weight training. Step patterns are moderately paced. A full body workout; includes stretching. All levels welcome
Mat Pilates: Develop core strength, body awareness and flexibility. This is a workout that will benefit everyone.
